In hurt and silence, whispers of the divine,
We hear God’s voice, a truth we oft consign,
To valleys deep, where shadows stretch and wane,
In solitude’s embrace, we feel His reign.
As sheep we wander, lost in darkest night,
But in our straying, there’s a guiding light,
For God, the shepherd, seeks the ones astray,
He finds us in our doubt, leads us His way.
In silence, lessons whispered soft and clear,
In hurt, His presence, banishing our fear,
With gentle hands, He mends our wounded souls,
And in His grace, the broken heart consoles.
The path may twist and turn, both long and steep,
Yet God’s love finds us in the darkest deep,
In hurt, in silence, He calls us by name,
To bring us back to Him, forever the same.
