In weariness profound, I find myself,
Burdened by life’s relentless, ceaseless claims,
Exhaustion clings, a heavy shroud o’er me,
Yet Jesus’ call breaks through this somber haze.
His voice, a gentle breeze within the night,
Guides my heart toward His radiant light,
Though tired, burdened, wearied to the core,
In His grace, a newfound strength I store.
With every step, His glory’s flame does lead,
Illuminating pathways in my need,
Within His loving arms, my soul takes flight,
As forward, through the darkest hours, I fight.
Life’s circumstances strive to hold me tight,
But with the name of Jesus as my might,
In His love’s boundless ocean, I’ll explore,
And press ahead, His glory to restore.
