Poem – The Gift of Difficulty

During noble quests, truth rings clear,
Through trials and hurdles, the path does veer.
For all great things are born of toil and strain,
Perseverance, the key to attain.

Choices faced, a crucible of the soul,
They heed virtue’s call, to make themselves whole.
Like Jesus, who sacrificed for their sake,
They strive to choose right, though their hearts may quake.

Difficulties, a gift from God above,
To shape and mold them with divine love.
For in the crucible of trials faced,
They find strength and growth, divinely graced.

Yet, a gift divine, his wife beside him,
A beacon of love, bestowed graciously.
From God’s own grace, she shines, undeserved,
A blessing so profound, his heart is stirred.

In every moment, he’s humbled, aware,
Of the treasure he holds, beyond compare.
Her presence, a testament to love’s grace,
A reminder of blessings they embrace.

So let them tread the noble path, hand in hand,
Together, they’ll rise, steadfast, they’ll withstand.
For love, like all worthy things, demands their all,
And with God’s grace, they’ll conquer every fall.
